The thing that I don’t particularly like about this position is that every time I put the soft top up or down, I have to take the extinguisher out. Also it’s not exactly terribly handy for a fire on my Jeep. If I was helping someone else out – not a problem. I’m open to better ideas.
I attached my red ABC extinguisher horizontally to the back two rungs of the left side of the driver’s seat with those white plastic tie-ons. Three ties for each rung has it tight, it shouldn’t become a dangerous projectile if I’m in a crash (as might be the case on the roll bar), it is immediately accessible, and it just pokes out enough to look cool with the doors off :thumbsup:
